Deleting Your Account and All Your Data

⚡ 1. One Tap Inside the App

Accounts are anonymous. You don't need to fill in a form or wait days to delete your account and data:

• Step 1: open the App.
• Step 2: go to My account.
• Step 3: tap "Delete my account permanently" at the bottom of the page and confirm.

What is deleted: your account, membership number, entire silver balance, past readings, every uploaded coffee/tarot photo and your chat records are closed immediately and permanently erased within 30 days at the latest.

🧹 2. Partial Clean-up Without Deleting the Account

• Delete a single reading: swipe the reading card left on the History screen. Its text and all uploaded photos are destroyed immediately.
• Make the readers forget: on the profile card of the My account screen, tap "Forget all" to clear every personal detail (relationship, sign, etc.) the readers learned.

📬 3. Deletion Request by E-mail

If the App is uninstalled or you can't reach the device, write to us with your anonymous membership number (e.g. FAL-XXXX-XXXX):

Your data is fully erased from our databases within 48 hours of receiving the request.
