๐ 1. Privacy Principle and Anonymity
Fincan (published by Yazฤฑlฤฑmsoft; hereafter "the App") takes the privacy of its users and the protection of their personal data very seriously. The App is designed with a 100% anonymous architecture. Your name, surname, phone number or e-mail address are never requested at registration.
๐ 2. Data We Process and Why

Legal bases under the GDPR: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) for the account, purchases and the reading service; your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for the photos and personal details you choose to share; our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for security and abuse prevention.
๐ก๏ธ 3. Data Security and Sharing with Third Parties
- Your reading content is never sold: the photos, questions and chat history you upload are never sold, rented or transferred to advertising or marketing companies and are not used for ad targeting.
- Processing security: your photos and questions are transmitted only over encrypted SSL/TLS connections to the reading service (including AI language-model providers acting as our processors) and are not processed for any other purpose once the reading is produced.
- Encryption standards: all data transfers are protected with industry-standard HTTPS (TLS 1.3).
๐บ 4. Advertising
Users who want to earn silver may watch optional rewarded ads. Watching is entirely your choice; nothing in the App is locked if you don't. No ads are shown to VIP members.
Ads are served by Google AdMob. For this purpose your device's advertising ID, approximate location (country/region derived from the IP address) and ad-interaction data are shared with Google. See how Google uses this data on the Google partner sites page.
- You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalised ads in your device settings (Android: Settings โ Google โ Ads).
- Users connecting from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom see a separate consent screen before any ad is shown.
- Your reading content, photos and chats are never sent to the ad network.
๐ช 5. Cookies
The cingene.click / cingene.yazilimsoft.com website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The landing page, support page and legal pages write no cookies and load no external analytics, fonts or CDNs.
Only two strictly necessary session cookies exist, and neither is sent to ordinary visitors:

Both are HttpOnly, Secure and scoped to their path; they serve no purpose other than maintaining the session and are not shared with third parties. Being strictly necessary, they require no separate consent.
The mobile app uses no cookies; session data is kept in the device's secure storage.
๐๏ธ 6. Retention and Your Right to Erasure
Your data is kept for as long as you use your account. You can delete everything at any time:
- Delete the whole account and data: in the App, My account โ Delete my account permanently closes your account immediately; your silver, reading history and uploaded photos are permanently erased from our database within 30 days at the latest. This window exists so an accidental deletion can be undone and for abuse review; deletion then happens automatically. No backup copy is retained.
- Delete a single reading: swipe a reading left on the History screen. That reading's text and photos are destroyed immediately.
Under the GDPR you also have the rights of access, rectification, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
